A tourism business is looking to appoint a Training & Development Manager to be responsible for the delivery of market leading training, education and communication to tourism businesses ensuring that it is on brand and engaging. You will plan, co-ordinate, design and deliver training sessions using expert presentation, coaching and facilitation skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective personnel training and development Previous experience in a travel related training/HR role. An understanding of the inbound tourism landscape would be advantageous. Strong communication skills.
