We are looking for a highly experienced Operational Leader experienced in Group travel or Adventure.
You will be responsible for driving forward the growth of the Product/Customer Operations, managing and developing a portfolio of tours.
The role requires extensive experience in product development, competitive buying and working with hotels, DMC’s activity providers and wholesalers.
Leading a differentiated product range, you will own the supplier costs and relationships, guiding the business strategy and take responsibility for all crisis management, health & safety and operational excellence.
Working with the senior team, you will pay a key part in the continued growth and scaling of a unique brand with a strong customer proposition.
Strong on leadership, you will help shape a high performing team and values led culture, providing a best in class experience.
This role needs someone who can hit the ground running, 10+years experience in a similar role within the travel industry. An entrepreneurial and operational mindset, passionate about adventure travel and product innovation.
Open minded, a self starter, the role offers a flexible first approach with a mix of London & home based working.
