A tourism business is looking to appoint a Senior Training & Development Manager to develop their training programme providing tourism businesses with the tools and know how information needed to build their expertise on becoming “International Ready”. You will be responsible for training and supporting businesses as well as managing the delivery and objectives of the training across the country. The successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing an end to end training and development strategy. Strong communication skills. A proven track record of effective personnel training and development Previous experience in a travel related training/HR role. An understanding of the inbound tourism landscape would be advantageous.
