Working for a fast-growing travel tech start up, you will develop, interpret and facilitate the product vision and roadmap and lead the implementation and prioritization of the product.
This is a lead Product management role with a company that is changing the way people think about, buy and experience travel. This start-up has a multi-million pound VC backing and is working with globally recognised brands to bring social tribes together. The customer journey is only just being mapped out now, so this is an opportunity to get into something greenfield and own it going forward.
They are looking for an experienced Agile product owner or executive that is ready to take the next step in their career. You will help them assess the available technology options (off the shelf or build your own) and drive to market quickly a V1 MVP. From there, this person will own and develop the digital guest journey, as well as lead the implementation and growth of a digital distribution channel.
You will work across design, development, research and marketing, along with external stakeholders to ensure product and features are successfully built and deployed. You will set the product roadmaps, success criteria and timelines. Facilitate usability testing, user interviews and design/development sprints. Executing best practice across user development and product principles, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer journey is consistently delivered across various products/brands/channels.
You will be strong on measurement and analysis, able to define new requirements, solve problems and identify development opportunities for future iterations. Someone who is constantly thinking about new feature ideas and their potential impact and are motivated by challenging the way technology can enhance customer experiences at every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate would have a degree in Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Experience developing product strategy, leading and managing projects and working with distributed teams – road mapping, estimation, sizing and prioritisation.
Familiarity with customer-centric design, user profiling, and insights development to support product strategy and design.
A proven track record of delivering highly ambitious products. You’ll be ready to show what these are, and how you made it happen.
Experience in Design Thinking and Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO etc) preferred.
