A key member of the Leadership team for an award-winning provider of next-generation onboard Digital Services. The company has disrupted the traditional in-flight entertainment industry with best in class on board digital solutions, with continued digital innovation and expanding unique product range.
Your mission is to define and lead the marketing strategy and the growth of the business internationally. You will be responsible for the brand positioning, brand awareness, product awareness, business development, growth strategy, leads management, sales channels development, communications and public relations.
Being part of a talented Management team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be directly involved in decision making on the strategy and growth of the company.
This role will define and implement the marketing strategy across all communication and sales channels. Create and distil the strategic messaging that encapsulates the value proposition to shape and inspire the world’s perception of the company.
Develop specific product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
Leading the Sales development, you will manage and grow the leads portfolio to create consistent growth, ensuring the sales teams have the right tools to drive successful customer engagement.

This role requires someone with a strong background in B2B marketing, experienced working across marketing and sales, with global customers. Strong customer engagement skills, you’ll be highly commercial and a high impact Leader.
