The role will focus on building brand awareness through leveraging content and social media activities to build communities and customer base. You will be responsible for planning and delivering global content and leading the digital PR strategy for an authentic adventure travel brand.
We are looking for someone with fantastic creativity and story- telling, to drive consumer awareness and engagement and build credible and reputable content driven campaigns for this unique consumer travel proposition.
You will ideally also have experience in planning digital campaigns across web, mobile, SEO/SEM, email, social media, videos and display to delivery key KPI’s including App downloads. Building engaging mechanisms to create the stories and showcase the product experiences,
leveraging high quality video content, develop and execute relevant social and PR content including driving Influencer strategies.

Identify and select relevant Media/Creative Agencies where required, managing complete process, briefing and appointing required partners and taking responsibility for marketing budget and delivering effective campaigns.

This role needs someone with real passion, drive and energy, who can build and deliver campaigns against the KPI’s, push new boundaries but maintain a clear focus on commercial success. Experienced a B2C digital marketing role and strong understanding of digital acquisition,
retention, brand strategy, content and creative execution across all channels, this is a hands on role for a self motivated individual looking to progress in the future.

This role will suit someone with a genuine passion for unique and authentic travel experiences, with an interest in outdoor/adventure and community based tourism. This position has a great growth potential, in a well funded start up business that is backed by a highly experienced team in cultural and business development.
