To excel in this role you need to have successful track record in delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced and high volume transactional business. You should have the ability to roll your sleeves up when required, but also ability to think and act strategically. You will be a first class leader and experienced in managing big teams. Experience in travel sector also essential.
