As the General Manager for a unique private luxury guest lounge and event space, you will be responsible for the daily operation of guest services, management and event delivery, with a key focus on the highest level of guest service.

As the General Manager for a unique private luxury guest lounge and event space, you will be responsible for the daily operation of guest services, management and event delivery, with a key focus on the highest level of guest service.
As an ambassador and key guest contact, you will ensure guest engagement is delivered to a 5 star standard. The role needs someone from a VIP Front of House/Concierge or Private Lounge background, used to delivering on VIP guests bespoke request.
Overseeing logistics, events, budgets and facilities, you must have excellent organisational skills and communication skills, confident in working with varying levels of guests with different status, cultures and behaviours. Passionate about delivering excellent services and exceeding guest expectations.
The role will vary from individual guests, small groups or private events. A fabulous role for someone who is passionate about service, solutions focused with a hospitality background.

This role is initially a 6 month Interim Contract.
