Resource Planning Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented resource planning manager to join one of the UK’s fastest growing online tour operators.  Our client is looking for someone who has experience of delivering new and streamlined processes within a large scale and fast paced contact centre environment. This is a hybrid role that combines people resourcing with ownership of resource planning tools and systems. As part of this role you will be responsible for hiring plans, service level delivery and performance tracking. You should have a strong workforce management background and have experience in helping to implement top class workforce management procedures and systems that in turn have delivered customer excellence. You will be from an ecommerce background have superb data analysis skills and be process driven.
