A key position as Managing Director – to shape and execute the plan and be part of the future developments and long-term success, a great opportunity for a driven, credible, visible Leader with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C channels.

Responsible for delivering the overall business strategy, including key commercial drivers, channel distribution, customer experience and digital developments, you will manage the full P&L  and significant growth plan for the business.

The role will be responsible for driving key actions, with pace, to continue to deliver sustainable, profitable revenue.  The individual will need to be hands on and take accountability for providing strategic leadership, positive financial performance and driving forward the growth strategy.

A proven track record in delivering digital capabilities and online success, you will drive technology enhancements to maximise direct/eCommerce opportunities, in addition to driving distribution and growth through a robust Trade Partner Strategy. Working with the team to leverage new revenue, product, marketing and partnerships stream to ensure competitive customer experience that retains and grows both B2B and B2C.

Managing the full P & L of the business, with responsibility for costs, budgets, margins and commercial efficiencies, you will be a key contributor in strategic and financial planning to deliver the business goals.

For this role you need a background in the travel industry and be experienced in Digital/Online Distribution, understanding online conversion and consumer journey able to drive ecommerce capability.

A Proven track record in a commercially focused role, driving high performance. You will need to be experienced in a trading environment with a financial mindset and experience in leading a business through growth or working within a Private Equity/Venture Capitol business.
