A unique opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to set up the full HR Function, including developing and implementing processes, creating clear employee procedures and managing performance reviews.
Working for a well funded start-up with an exciting global product, this is a fantastic role for someone to lead and develop all areas of HR for the company, developing long-term employee engagement and building the key foundations across all areas.
You will need to be hands on with a strong background in leading and developing a department, able to build up policies from scratch and adapt as the business grows. Strong operational, people and stakeholder management skills, you will advise the Senior Leadership team of key
HR needs and provide support and development for a rapidly growing team, driving best practice across the business.
You will ideally have worked in an online focused business in a fast growing environment.
