As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Executives to maximising revenue, drive the best customer satisfaction, sales performance and conversion rates.
You will work with both the local and overseas sales teams to continue to build and develop a high performing team, setting clear KPI’s, incentives, sales processes and performance management.
We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Manager with drive, energy and ambition and a proven track record in driving sales performance within a tailor-made travel environment. Commercially aware, able to interpret data and convert into actions, strong people management skills with an honest, open and collaborative approach. A self-start, able to take a hands on approach, set clear objectives and implement robust processes and performance measures.
A genuine passion for travel and for delivering the best customer experience, this is a fantastic role within a dynamic, entrepreneurial growing travel business with a great team and product.
