Working for a truly unique adventure business, this is a fabulous role to lead the Operations, covering a diverse range of destinations and customer experiences in a completely bespoke, individual business.
You will lead the full Operation function across Risk Management, Systems implementation, Health and Safety and Compliance, implementing best practice processes and projects to deliver the highest level of customer experience across the business.
You will need world class Operational and Logistic skills and experience from an Adventure/Expedition background and possess a genuine passion for unique travel experiences and the best in class customer service.
Working on highly bespoke, once in a lifetime products/operations, you need to be solutions focused, with absolute attention to detail, able to navigate through complex and diverse cultures and destinations to ensure delivery and operational effectiveness.
An integral part of the Leadership team, reporting into the CEO of this successful and growing luxury business, you must have an exceptional Operational background, a proven track record in delivering the extraordinary and a genuine passion for exploring the world.
