A key role working across three specialist travel brands, to deliver the full finance business partner support. You will be responsible for the accurate provision of management information and proving a high standard of financial support for the Operational and Commercial functions across the business.
Owning strong internal financial controls, maintaining compliance with year end reporting, preparing draft budgets and producing cashflow forecasts along with supervision of the payroll administration. You will be responsible for the Management Accounts and Group Reporting requirements, forecasting, and payments, ensuring high levels of efficiency and controls are maintained.
You will be professionally qualified – either CIMA/ACCA with proven experience with the future potential to develop to a Financial Director role. Confident in using several accounting software packages and focused on driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
Able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and work in partnership across Sales, HR, Operations and the Leadership team to ensure the business goals are achieved. Adaptable, able to work in a changing environment and comfortable driving change and develop robust and sustainable financial plans.
You’ll need to be highly organised to manage multiple reporting deadlines, able to plan and take a strategic view but also have a hands on approach.
This a great broad role in a small but growing company, with quality products and a high focus on customer excellence. The business has two locations and is open to this role being based in either it’s Watford or Birmingham location.
