This independent travel company is looking for an experienced customer service manager to provide superb customer care by leading and motivating the customer service team and achieving customer satisfaction goals. The customer experience of this luxury operator is at the heart of everything they do therefore our client is looking for someone who can really listen to customer feedback at every stage of their contact to ensure the ongoing success of the business. As CSM you will play a key role in responding to feedback by telephone, email and via customer service questionnaires. You will lead and manage all complaints that are bought to the clients attention and manage and mentor the customer service executive. You will work with the overseas teams to put matters right for the future assigning both the UK and overseas teams with feedback and information to eliminate future issues. You should be bright and bubbly and have a genuine desire to provide an exceptional service.
