A daily deals business is now looking for an experienced and versatile CRM Executive with drive and passion for all areas of CRM. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for helping to improve customer experience, increasing user growth and maximising customer engagement throughout the CRM lifecycle. You should have strong experience of data segmentation and a good understanding of best email practices. Ideally you will come from a mass consumer digital environment. This is a great opportunity to join a young team where you could really help shape their future CRM strategy.
