You will set and prioritise clear short and mid term priorities to ensure the business achieves its long term growth strategy.
This role needs someone results driven with a relentless focus on driving revenue, margin and performance, highly commercial and operational.
You will be responsible for maximising profitability, developing and delivering the strategic direction of the company and ensure that the company delivers Operational excellence by driving our inefficiencies and improving processes.
Ideally you will have a good understanding of the Youth sector/Millennial or Gen Z target group and a strong understanding of the consumer landscape. Hands on, proven track record in driving growth, sales and improvement.
You will be a self -starter, high energy able to bring pace and take initiative. Clear communication skills, able to lead a team and manage across stakeholders.
