An award winning travel start up specialising in adventure travel is looking to appoint a Senior Destination Manager to lead the product portfolio for The Americas & APAC region. You will have full ownership of the product portfolio, reviewing existing product and identifying gaps to ensure maximum revenue and quality of the product. Leading a small team you will manage the supply strategy for your region whilst overseeing the operations for the region. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years contracting experience within a tour operator or travel related business. Experience in yield management and an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience of setting up products in the Americas & APAC regions would be advantageous but not essential.
