Working as a key part of the Tourism Team, leading the strategy for Hotel and MICE Partners with a focus on developing both the UK and non-core markets, you need International experience in driving key hotel partnerships, incentive programmes and identifying and developing new opportunities. Managing a team of 3 Hotel Business Development Execs, this role needs someone who can develop and implement key strategies and activities to grow the inbound business and leverage partnerships, driving revenue to this unique Retail/Tourism Destination.
An understanding of key potential growth markets such as Korea would be a huge advantage. Proven International experience is essential.
A dynamic, fast paced, environment, this is a great role for a Senior Business Development Manager in a forward thinking, International business with a focus on world class Guest Experience. Luxury hotel or Luxury destination experience is required.
