Managing the UK Social Media activity to boost visibility and enhance customer engagement for this global hotel group with a fantastic range of brands. You’ll be responsible for the social calendar, managing social media activations and campaigns whilst developing engaging content, leveraging Influencers and developing social media communities.
You’ll need a great understanding of the use of social media platforms, creativity, and an eye for detail. You’ll also be articulate with editing and writing skills adaptable to each relevant platform, from storytelling to tweets.
The role requires a commercial focus but with understanding the customer and the ability to balance the advertising/branding with relevant consumer content.
