This well known hospitality business is looking to recruit a Senior Manager – Conversion Optimisation to join their management team. The main focus of this role will be to drive up conversion rates through the creation and implementation of the conversion strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing the platform, leading a small team and working closely with the analytics team to identify trends, conversion barriers and friction in the booking journey. To succeed In this role you will need to be a highly analytical thinker, a proficient user of GA, an understanding of effective UX techniques and have experience of running A/B testing or MVT.
