Your role will be to define and lead the sales and distribution strategy, driving growth across Corporate, MICE, Leisure Groups and OTA’s as well as maximising existing distribution channels in both the UK and Europe.

This role is to amplify the sales success and deliver outstanding results, shaping and delivering a profitable sales and revenue strategy for a brand that is passionate about creating a next generation travel.
Accountable for the overall increase in revenue generation across all sales channels and leading multiple site openings sales strategies across diverse markets. Creating and implementing innovative, revenue generating tactical sales activities to address any demand shortfalls/changes to market conditions and competitor activity. Driving long term revenue results whilst balancing any short-term priorities and gaps. Leading the individual on property sales teams to identify new local sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships and provide a strategic approach at a local level to align the local sales activities to the overall strategic plan. You will constantly review, plan and deliver best practise recommendations, implementing effective sales procedures and be confident in setting up new processes from scratch in this newly created position.

You’ll be highly commercial, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and able to adapt to working in a faced paced, nimble and entrepreneurial environment. Excited by doing things differently to achieve great results. You will need a in-depth understanding of key distribution channels including Corporate, MICE, Leisure Groups and OTA’s with several year’s experience in senior sales management role for a hotel/hospitality brand.

European experience., additional written or spoken European languages would be advantageous. This role will require extensive travel across the EU to some beautiful cities staying in cool hotels.
