Working for a highly regarded specialist brand, providing outstanding outdoor activity holidays worldwide, a great role for an experienced senior direct marketing professional to become part of the Management team reporting to the Managing Director.

Joining a new MD with vision for growth and outstanding customer experience, this role is responsible for the creation of stand-out marketing that will inspire existing and new customers to travel with the brand.
You will need to have direct customer experience with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and customer retention. You will be responsible for defining the CRM strategy, delivering a new CRM system and segmentation plan. Ensuring customers are inspired to book, you will need to review the website and content, working with key stakeholders to deliver a consistent customer journey and optimise bookings.

• A pro-active, passionate marketer, you will be responsible for the brand strategy and customer proposition, planning and executing offline and online activity that delivers quality enquiries and bookings. Full responsibility for the marketing budget, developing activity based on understanding the customer, market trends and competitor activity. The role is a key part of the management team that delivers passenger and revenue targets, leading a team of three and managing external agencies.

A confident decision maker, able to influence and add creative thinking, you’ll need at least 5 years experience in a B2C marketing role, managing budgets and team leadership, able to manage and lead through change. A strong digital/CRM background is needed along with proven ability to manager campaigns across all channels including Press, Social, Partnership Marketing, PR and Digital.
