Working for a well established and well respected specialist tour operator as a key member of the leadership team, to create and implement the UK sales and distribution strategy. Driving revenue through collaborative Travel Agent relationships, leading the sales team and executing the growth and distribution plans in partnership with the commercial and marketing teams. This role is for a passionate Sales Manager, able to lead a team, drive a culture of high performance and deliver impactful sales relationships with key partners. Maximising sales opportunities at a national level, creating trade engagement and brand exposure, you need to be both customer focused and commercially driven.
Responsible for all areas of the Agency Sales Operation, negotiating solid commercial agreements for multi brands, identifying new sales opportunities and delivering sales plan against budget, you will possess excellent commercial, sales and leadership skills with a strong understanding of the UK travel industry and distribution opportunities.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior level sales role within the travel industry is required, with a proven track record in creating and implementing successful sales growth and leading a high performing team. Strong analytical skills, decision making, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to think creatively. Able to work at a fast pace, with an open, honest and collaborative mindset this is great opportunity to progress and lead the team to the next level.
