A retail travel business is looking to appoint a commercially minded General Manager to lead and develop their Homeworking Division.

A retail travel business is looking to appoint a commercially minded General Manager to lead and develop their Homeworking Division. You will manage a team of Homeworkers who sell worldwide leisure and business travel destinations. This is a broad role and will touch point on all areas which include business development, recruitment, training, product & marketing.  You will have extensive experience of running your own business unit. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years retail travel experience within a travel agency, travel call centre or travel homeworking business. You will be self-motivated with strong commercial skills to develop new business and exceed sales targets.
