A privately owned OTA is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to take ownership of customer operations and office management.

A privately owned OTA is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to take ownership of customer operations and office management. This is a hands-on role where you will be interacting with customers booking flights, hotels & packages, answering any customer queries and general day to day admin that may arise. You will also provide a full support to the office and will be involved in any ad-hoc projects, administrative and logistical tasks. This role will require you to have excellent organisational skills, highly efficient and able to multitask.  GDS experience is essential. An OTA background would be advantageous.
