I co-founded the company 20 years ago with Gail Kenny. I remain actively involved in the business, advising our clients on the management resources and structures that they need to grow their businesses. Supporting Laura Davis who runs the day to day operations, as well as supporting our amazing team of senior recruitment consultants.
With extensive experience in leadership roles within established and growing travel businesses, I have built and led commercial, product and e-commerce travel and digital teams, along with first hand knowledge of working within and building PE/VC and Start-Up specialist businesses.
I have a particular interest in the ecommerce and digital evolution of the travel sector, and have invested in a number of technology enabled start-ups. Also active as an NED and advisor to various travel businesses.
