I started working within the travel industry as a sales consultant in an independent travel agency at the age of 17. Since then, I have worked in a variety of career progression roles including tour operating, online digital, cruise and start up. The travel industry attracts passionate like minded individuals all striving to offer customers the best experiences.
I have been particularly proud of the individuals I have worked with and coached to progress their own careers. This is my rationale for working as a consultant for Gail Kenny Executive Recruitment, as there is nothing more satisfying than helping our clients find the right talent, and indeed attract talent to our fabulous industry.
