You will be responsible for driving the Travel Consultant team to achieve Individual and Team Monthly Sales Revenue Targets, maintaining the current high performance culture and successful conversion rates, leveraging available technology to further identify improvements and opportunities. Managing the workflow to maximise resource, helping the Travel Consultants to effectively manage their customers and enquiries. You will own the key measures and performance drivers to improve Enquiry to Quote speed, Sales Value, Conversion, Repeats and Customer Satisfaction and own and evolve the sales conversion process, ensuring it is being followed for all enquiries to achieve best practise sales process.
With a strong focus on performance, you will manage the full sales performance, regular reviews and establish clear goals and performance improvement plans to achieve consistency of high delivery across the team.
Working with key stakeholders across the business including product, commercial and marketing to help manage and optimise lead generation to achieve the business goals. This role suits an ambitious and result orientated Sales Leader, a self-starter not afraid of rolling your sleeves up
and someone with an assertive, confident and clear communication style.
A proven track record of consistently achieving Team Revenue and Sales Targets, driving up performance and confident in using data and technology and converting into actions.
