Do you have experience and a deep understanding of direct marketing? Are you analytical and commercial? If so, we are searching for a results driven individual to develop a detailed annual direct marketing plan in line with our client’s overall strategy, in order to achieve annual EBITDA and growth targets. Leading a team, you will oversee the CRM strategy for the group’s brands, and as customer champion, you will need to ensure that the voice of the customer is amplified in everything you do. We are looking for a clear thinker, with presence and ability to participate and lead vigorous debate on sales strategy and tactical planning, as well as flexibility and resilience to work in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious marketer to progress rapidly to the next level. Travel sector background an advantage, and experience of marketing products to the over 40s demographic is also very desirable.
