An incredibly successful online travel business is looking for an Online Conversion Manager to join their well-established, award-winning business based in Central London.

As the Online Conversion Manager for the business you will be responsible for the achievement of the companies’ booking conversion goals for both prospects and returning customers across all digital devices in order to support the delivery of UK P&L. You will report directly into the Head of Marketing.

You are expected to help formulate and deliver a Conversion strategy and see through its implementation. It is expected of you to ensure increases in Conversion are incremental and drive ROI. You will be tasked with analysing data from every stop of the customer journey, from initial online enquiry to handover to the telephone sales team, to ensure that bookings are completed and revenue is maximized.

The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual and will have between 2-3 years in digital analytics and be comfortable in using data to develop commercial insights. They will have an appreciation of data and be an analytical, process-first thinker with a rigorous problem solving approach grounded in data analysis. They will have ideally 2-3 years’ experience in managing conversion rate optimization programs and be knowledgeable about utilizing enterprise analytics platforms. Previous travel or retail experience is strongly preferred.
