A travel start up is looking to appoint a Head of Customer Operations to lead the operations and support the growth strategy. You will be on the front line developing and operating this unique business model. You will continually improve service and operations with the customer always at the heart. You will have complete autonomy to re-write the service and operational rulebook. The successful candidate will be a natural leader and team motivator. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing operational service teams. You will be experienced in service-orientated operations and thrive on delivering great service to customers.
