You will devise a full online marketing strategy whilst seeking to grow leisure sales. You will create and implement both SEO and PPC marketing plans, in addition to executing a full email marketing plan. We are looking for proven experience in a hands on, creative marketing role. A global hotel chain are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Services Manager to be the dedicated point of contact for a number of hotels within a set region and to execute eCommerce activities. You will be responsible for developing “opt in” services such as local hotel, paid search, strategic linking and email landing pages to exploit existing resources. You will also be required to execute brand level e-promotions at regional and local market level. Our client has recently made some big changes to their brand proposition, introducing many brand-new tours and refreshing itineraries. As part of this programme change, they are now looking to bring on board a Direct Mail Database Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the view to becoming permanent, to help drive their business even further forward. An exciting time to join such a fantastic company, the role involves leading direct mailing data selections that fulfil the company’s objectives with regards to passenger volumes, CPP and ROI targets, as well as measuring the effectiveness of all mailing campaigns.

With a Direct Mail budget of up to £5m, you will be a key part of the process on spend allocation, planning and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, keen to get the optimum return on investment, with at least 5 years experience in a marketing campaign selections with an additional minimum of 1 years experience in a data role. You will also have experience in segmentation and/or customer profiling and at least one marketing analysis tool, including either SAS or Smart Focus.
