Whether you have recently lost your job or wish to change or enhance your career, we can help you achieve your potential.

In a competitive market place like travel, finding the right job and the right organisation is always a big challenge. The key to success is to know what you want and having the skills to market yourself. Our individual programme provides in-depth Career Analysis and ongoing Coaching to help you better understand your preferred working style, skills and competencies, career motives and values, future career direction and potential job roles. The aim of this programme is to enable you to get clarity of purpose and direction for a career change, taking your career to the next level, or starting your own business. We will guarantee to equip you with the knowledge, methodology, and right frame of mind to make it easier for you to help yourself to get the right job/career for you.

During your initial consultation, we discuss your career situation and assess your requirements, talk to you about us, how we work and together, we assess what services best fit your needs. This consultation is free of charge. Assuming you feel comfortable and wish to proceed, we will then arrange for your career programme to start in a time-scale to suit you. The programme is ongoing and is broken down into two stages.

First Stage: Career Analysis

• The Jung Type Indicator (JTI) – this questionnaire is designed to provide a readily interpretable guide to Jung’s theory of personality types. It has been developed specifically to be used as a personal development tool; to help better understand yourself and those around you. It is used to help you explore your personal strengths and weaknesses, and to identify potential areas for personal growth and development.
• Career Anchors – this questionnaire enables you to establish your career anchors in order to make intelligent plans for the future – to decide what industry to pursue, what job level to seek or settle for, what functional and interpersonal skills to highlight in the search for the next job, and how to assess the career potential of future employers.

Second Stage – Coaching

Building on the career analysis work, coaching will enable you to plan your personal and career development action plan and to make it happen. Depending on your needs, this can include support in enhancing your performance and developing skills and competencies in your current role, marketing yourself, improving your networking skills, planning an effective job search and interview skills.
