• Holding an initial face to face meeting with you to go through your CV, your goals & objectives
• Contacting you as soon as we have a role that may be of interest to you
• Ensuring that you are happy for us to send your CV to prospective employers
• Supplying you with a full brief on the company and role prior to your interview
• Ensuring you have full details on interview times and location as well as (where we can) an overview of the person/persons conducting the interview
• Employing the utmost discretion when contacting you
• Maintaining regular contact during the whole recruitment process

Your commitment to us

To enable us to offer you an exceptional service and to ensure that we are acting in your best interests at all times so, as a candidate, we ask you to agree to the following:-

• To immediately advise us if you have been approached by any other recruitment agency or company in relation to the specific role we are talking to you about
• To immediately advise us if you have been in discussion with any other recruitment agency or company in relation to any other role within that company in the six month prior to the date of our initial contact
• You agree to be exclusively represented by Gail Kenny Executive Search for this specific role and/or any other suitable role within this company for a 12 month period
• You agree to keep the details of the company and the position confidential – this includes not sharing anything online or via social media sites
• You agree that you will not approach the company directly for this or any other role within the company from the date of our initial contact
• You will provide Gail Kenny Recruitment with a testimonial once successfully placed in a role, if asked
