Gail Kenny Recruitment is an evolving executive recruitment business with ambitious growth plans. We’ve grown in size every year since we were founded in 2005 and we plan to continue growing in new and different directions. Since we began we have developed new divisions – firstly by offering HR Solutions to complement the recruitment business, and secondly by launching a new division www.puregenie.com to focus on the digital travel sector. This has taken us into new business verticals such as gaming, retail and financial services.

We don’t like calling our team recruitment consultants; we prefer to think of them more as Account Managers. The role itself involves a large amount of customer contact, be it a candidate of a client, so you should be a natural communicator and enjoy forming lasting partnerships. Our Account Managers are goal orientated, so you need to enjoy working in a targeted environment and perform well when under pressure.

We invest a great deal of time and money to ensure that that the team is provided with the training and opportunities to develop themselves. Your personal growth goes hand in hand with the growth of our business.
